We had a very productive weekend i'm glad to say! First, it was Chanute city wide garage sale, so we decided it was a good time to get rid of all the extra stuff we had taking up our garage space. I never knew we would of accumulated so much baby stuff. I thought I wanted to hang on to it in case we wanted another one but i'm just not ready anytime soon. Arlee may be just like her mommy, an only child. I will save that convo for another post. Back to the weekend. So we did this garage sale Fri and Sat it was pretty worth it to clear some clutter outta here and make some cash, plus I got a nice little farmers tan to. Arlee greeted everyone, it was so cute to watch her with the kids. Shes such a show off, haha! She wasn't to sure why people were leaving with her toys but she didn't seem to care to much. We have decided we are putting in a pool next spring along with some backyard landscaping so the garage sale started the pool fund/backyard savings, I can hardly wait!!!
Mother's Day was very nice Wayco got me a new bike! I have been on a bike riding kick since we got the trailor. We started the day with breakfast at the grain bin with all the fam. Then we trucked it out to the Westhoff's farm to ride the mule and look at the cows, and doggies. Arlee is obsessed with the cows. Then we made it back home to plant the flowers my mom had gotten me. Wayco grilled out his famous burgers and we just had a nice evening! Oh and the best part of all, the house was clean! We hired a cleaning lady and she had just came! I'm such a freak-o when it comes to cleaning I want to be able to lick the floor if needed at any time and it be clean, so when I get busy working I stress out if the house isn't just right. Now I can just focus on playing with Arlee during my time off.
